DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times vary depending on the time of year, your location, and demand. For most of the year (excluding December), new Patiokits can typically be delivered within:
- 2-3 weeks to East Coast Metro areas,
- 3-4 weeks to regional areas, and
- 6 weeks across most of Australia (excluding very remote areas of Northern WA and the NT).
As 2023 progresses, we’ve seen steady improvements and fewer delays. We’re committed to keeping you updated on delivery dates, and the majority of our customers have been very satisfied with the time it takes to receive their new Patiokit.

Kit Inclusions
Our 100% Australian-made, COLORBOND® Steel DIY Flyover Roof Kit includes:
- 3x50mm Insulated Panels (1m wide each) for a total projection of 3m. (Thickness Based On Span Selected)
- 2x 75x75 Steel Posts as selected (colored) in 3m lengths, suitable for footings or attachment to a concrete slab/deck.
- 2x 150x50mm Steel Beams or as per span requirement.
- 2x Custom-Made Jumbo Roof Penetration Brackets as required (500mm long) designed for easy attachment to the top plate of your home—compatible with both tile and metal roofs.
- Guttering, barge capping, flashings, and 1x metal downpipe.
- All capping, connectors, fixings, and hardware required for assembly.
Wind Rating: N2 (W33) – Upgrades to ratings N1 to N4 and C1 to C4 are available upon request at an additional cost.

Construction Tips

- For the best finish and aesthetics, construct the roof first, then pour the concrete slab.
- If bolting to a concrete slab, ensure a minimum thickness of 100mm.
