How to Order Your PatioKits

You can easily purchase one of the many pre-designed kits listed on our website! We accept payments via credit/debit cards or bank transfers. During checkout, use the ‘Notes’ section to share any important information about your project.

Secure your order today with a 50% deposit (applicable to all kits, excluding services). The remaining balance is required at least 7 days prior to delivery of your kit.

Every order is reviewed by an experienced builder from our team. Our design consultant will contact you to go through the design, your color selection, and finer details such as post attachments and bracket locations. If any changes are needed, we’ll accommodate them. In case the changes significantly affect the cost, the consultant will issue an updated invoice or credit.

Our PatioKits Ordering Process

We adhere to a rigorous "Check Twice, Cut Once" philosophy. No order proceeds to production until it has been thoroughly verified for accuracy and compatibility with your home.

After final approval, the production process begins. Within 3–4 days, we will provide your delivery date along with:

  • All supporting engineering documents
  • Drawings and certificates
  • Material lists
  • Installation guides
  • COLORBOND® warranty certificates

Customization, Questions, and Changes

Have questions or need help before ordering? Reach out to us! Sharing your plans, drawings, or photos will help us provide accurate recommendations.

We offer extensive customization options, including:

  • Skylights or clear-sheets (for Non-Insulated and Insulated roofing panels)

Engineering and Documentation for Approvals

All our kits are fully engineered and compliant with council requirements. Your purchase includes the required plans, drawings, and certificates.

Want to finalize your approvals before purchasing a kit? We can provide all documents for a fee, which will be deducted from your final order price when you proceed.
